    NISSEI Mini Ear Thermometer is made in Taiwan using Japan Technology.

  • How can the measurement be taken in 1.2 seconds?

    NISSEI Mini Ear Thermometer contains a high sensitive infrared sensor which could detect the heat within 1.2 seconds.

  • Why should the probe cover be used?

    The probe cover can protect the infrared sensor from dirt or damage. Please always use the thermometer with the probe cover & place it correctly. Acurrate measurement may not be obtained if the probe cover is not used or wrongly. Do not use the same probe cover after someone else has used it.

  • How often the probe cover need to be replaced?

    Probe cover can be used for 30 times. Check the probe cover everytime you use it. If it is dirty or damaged, replace with a new one. Wipe the front surface of the probe cover with an alcohol cotton pad for hygiene purpose & to avoid error in the next temperature measurement.

  • Where should I send the thermometer for a repair?

    You can send it to the outlet which the thermometer has been purchased or send to Nissei Malaysia distibutor :-
